At Cyber Arena Tech
("we," "our," "us"), we operate a cloud-based
Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) School Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
platform. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and
guidelines governing payments, refunds, and cancellations for transactions
processed through our Platform.
1.
School Fees & Student Payments
All school tuition fees,
admission charges, transport fees, exam fees, or other school-specific
collections made by parents or students on our Platform are routed directly to
the respective School's Bank Account.
• School Responsibility: Cyber Arena Tech is solely a technology service
provider and does not hold or control any school fee payments. Therefore, Cyber
Arena Tech is not responsible for issuing refunds, cancellations, or
chargebacks for school fees.
• How to Claim: Parents and students must contact their school administration
department directly to request refunds, dispute transactions, or cancel payments.
The school's own internal refund and cancellation policy will apply to these
transactions.
2.
Platform Convenience Fees (Surcharges)
The platform convenience fee
(surcharge of 0.85% to 1.15%) charged to parents during checkout covers the
costs of payment gateway processing and secure server infrastructure.
• Non-Refundable: Once a transaction is successfully completed, this
convenience fee surcharge is non-refundable, as the payment network service has
already been rendered.
3.
Software Subscription Fees for Schools
Schools pay subscription fees
to Cyber Arena Tech to license and use our School ERP software.
• Non-Refundable: All subscription payments made by schools for software
licenses are strictly non-refundable, except as explicitly agreed upon in a
written contract between the school entity and Cyber Arena Tech.
• Cancellation: Schools may cancel their subscription at the end of their
current billing cycle by providing 30 days' written notice to our support team.
4.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the
laws of India. Any disputes arising out of payment refunds or cancellations
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of
India.
