our School Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) services (collectively, the
"Platform"), you ("User," "School Admin,"
"Parent," or "Student") agree to be bound by the following
Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. About our Services
Cyber
Arena Tech provides a cloud-based multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
platform designed for educational institutions to manage school administration,
databases, homework, communications, and online fee payments.
2. Payment Gateway & Split Settlement Services
•
SaaS Facilitator: Cyber Arena Tech acts strictly as a technical facilitator
between schools, parents, and payment gateway providers. We do not hold,
collect, or pool school fee payments.
• Split Payout Routing: When a parent pays a fee online, the transaction is
processed via integrated payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay, Cashfree,
or Decentro, etc) and is split instantly at the source:
- The school's designated fee amount is settled directly into the
respective School's Bank Account.
3. Fees and Surcharges
Schools
may choose to pass the payment gateway surcharge (convenience fee) to the
parent checkout. The total amount payable (inclusive of any surcharge) will be
shown transparently to the parent on the portal before making the payment.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
•
School Fees: All school fees collected through the platform are paid directly
to the school. Cyber Arena Tech has no control over these funds and is not
responsible for issuing refunds. Parents must contact their respective school
administration directly for any fee refunds or cancellations.
• Software Subscriptions: Subscription payments made by schools to Cyber Arena
Tech for utilizing our ERP software license are non-refundable, except as
explicitly stated in individual service level contracts.
5. User Accounts and Security
Users
(School Admins, Teachers, Parents, and Students) are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity under
your account is your sole responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately of
any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Intellectual Property
All
software, interface designs, logos, graphics, database structures, and source
codes utilized on caschoolerp.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Cyber
Arena (operated as a Sole Proprietorship) and are protected by copyright and
software licensing laws. Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute
any part of the Platform without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Cyber
Arena Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but
not limited to payment gateway downtime, network delays, or errors in bank
account configuration made by the school admins.
8. Governing Law
These
terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts in India.
